How to Obtain a Repeat Prescription or Test Result
Repeat prescriptions
If you need a further supply of medication, please hand in (or post) the computer slip with the items you need clearly ticked. There is a box in reception that you can leave your repeat prescription in. If you have lost your computerised slip, please write your name and address and the medications you require on to a slip of paper and put it into the prescription box, or hand it over the counter.
Please allow 48 working hours for the signed prescription to be collected. Prescriptions are only to be collected after 10.00am.
If you wish the prescription to be returned by post, please include a stamped addressed envelope. Unfortunately repeats cannot be prescribed over the weekend. To avoid errors, please refrain from making telephone requests.
Test results
You can request a call back from a Practice Nurse with your test results by telephoning reception and leaving your details. The Nurse has designated time on a Monday and a Friday afternoon to discuss these results with you.
