How to Obtain a Repeat Prescription or Test Result

Repeat prescriptions

If you need a further supply of medication, please hand in (or post) the computer slip with the items you need clearly ticked. There is a box in reception that you can leave your repeat prescription in. If you have lost your computerised slip, please write your name and address and the medications you require on to a slip of paper and put it into the prescription box, or hand it over the counter.

Please allow 48 working hours for the signed prescription to be collected. Prescriptions are only to be collected after 10.00am.

If you wish the prescription to be returned by post, please include a stamped addressed envelope. Unfortunately repeats cannot be prescribed over the weekend. To avoid errors, please refrain from making telephone requests.

Alternatively, you can order your prescription from our website using the secure service My Health Online. You will need to pre-register at reception to use the service, but once you have done so it's extremely quick and easy to use. To access the service, click the link at the top of the page.

Test results

Please call Reception after 10.00am to enquire about your test results. The Receptionists will be able to tell you if the GP needs to see you regarding your test results and book you an appointment if it is necessary to be seen.
